Article 3.1: Data Collected
The personal data collected on this site are as follows:
- Full IP address;
- Browsing data (timestamps, pages viewed, type of device, browser).
The site does not contain any contact or registration forms; therefore, no nominative data (name, email, telephone) is collected directly.
The collection and processing of this data serve the following purposes:
- Accurate Audience Measurement: Statistical analysis of user behavior to improve the site. This processing is based on user consent, obtained via the cookie banner.
- Site Security: Detection and prevention of malicious behavior or attempted intrusions. This processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the data controller (ensuring the availability and integrity of the site).
Article 3.2: Method of data collection
The data mentioned in Article 3.1 are collected via the audience measurement tools Matomo and Plausible.
Consent: The collection of the full IP address and the placement of audience measurement cookies are subject to the user's prior consent, obtained via the cookie management module upon arrival on the site. Users may change their preferences at any time.
This data is kept by the data controller under reasonable security conditions for a duration of: 13 months for statistical data.
